SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE:  MARCH 1, 2025

We are now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 academic year for female high school seniors from Freedom and Liberty High Schools in Bethlehem and William Allen and Louis E. Dieruff High Schools in Allentown AND for adult female residents of the Lehigh Valley who have had their studies interrupted before obtaining their degree. Adult Female Applicants may also apply for Fall ‘24 and Spring ‘25 sessions in September, 2024.

Each year AAUW-Bethlehem Branch awards college scholarships to female high school seniors and to adult women whose college education has been interrupted. Scholarships are based on academic promise and financial need. The Bethlehem Branch Scholarship Committee distributes applications, screens, and may interview the applicants to determine the awards. Scholarships will be awarded only to applicants who have been accepted for the Fall 2025 term at an accredited two- or four-year college or university for undergraduate work.
